Non-Profit Holding Free Veteran Boxing Classes At Taylor Made Wellness Fitness Studio 

Boxing workouts for people of All abilities and Veterans! Come get your mind and body in shape while connecting with others in the Indy area

The non-profit organization, Punch For Veterans in partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana will be using Taylor Made Wellness's fitness studio at 1000 E. Market St. to hold weekly boxing classes  for any service connected Veteran or person with a disability that would like to learn the basics of boxing.  Two live classes will be held on Saturday starting August 1 with the first session going from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. The second session will follow from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Cost is FREE for Veterans with disabilities and $5 per class for civilians with disabilities.  Please note that people with balance issues may need to bring someone to assist with movements.  There will not be volunteers to help during instruction.  All participants must sign up for each class on Punch For Veterans Eventbrite page.    

Each class session will be instructed by Jeffrey Tabb, an honorable discharge United States Marine of 14 years in service, and founder of Punch For Veterans.
