We offer both studio and rooftop yoga.  All skill levels welcome. Our class works on building balance, strength, flexibility, power and mental focus through optimal yoga poses. This is perfect for yoga beginners and veterans! 

Boot Camps

Are you looking to built your strength, endurance, and agility? You're going to have to try our popular boot camp workout! Come on over and feel the boot camp burn!


Is cycling more your thing? Our cycling classes are a focused cardio fat blasting session and a ton of fun too! All skill levels welcome. 

Xtreme Hip Hop/Step Aerobics 

Revamped aerobics is here! Xtreme Hip Hop is a step aerobic fitness movement created by national  Personal Trainer Phillip Weeden. This class is an Phillip Weeden certified class.

Our Tuesday and Thursday evening yoga class at 6:00 PM are FREE! We want to do our part helping Indianapolis manage stress and yoga is a great stress reliever! So we are making these two weekly yoga classes FREE to the community! Please still RSVP your spot at no charge.
